摘  要:电机磁场畸变以及逆变器非线性等因素导致的电流谐波会影响电机的控制性能甚至缩减使用寿命。模型预测控制作为一种可以实现多输入多输出控制的方法在电机控制中得到应用。构建合适的代价函数可以得到优于传统PI的电流波形,但对于一些难以建模的扰动抗性较差。在验证连续集模型预测控制有效性基础上,采用嵌入了准谐振控制器的模型,对特定频次的谐波进行抑制,实现了更好的谐波抑制效果。通过电机台架实验,进行了电流波形的对比,验证了该模型的有效性和可行性。Current harmonics caused by the distortion of the motor magnetic field and the inverter nonlinearity can affect the control performance of the motor and even curtail the service life.Model predictive control is used in motor control as a method that can achieve multiple-input and multiple-output control.By constructing a suitable cost function,current waveforms obtained that are better than those of PI,but are less resistant to some disturbances that are difficult to model.On the basis of verifying the effectiveness of continuous control set model predictive control,a model embedded with a quasi-resonant controller was used to suppress harmonics at specific frequencies,and better harmonic suppression was achieved.A comparison of the current waveforms was performed through motor bench experiments to verify the effectiveness and capability of the proposed model.
