情绪管理联合精细化椅旁护理对计算机辅助设计和制造高嵌体修复效果的评价

摘　　要：目的 对情绪管理联合精细化椅旁护理对计算机辅助设计和制造(CAD/CAM)高嵌体修复效果进行评价。方法 选取2021年3—9月在医院应用Cerec 3D椅旁CAD/CAM系统制作高嵌体修复的患者200例为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用情绪管理联合精细化椅旁护理。比较两组满意程度,诊疗时间,治疗修复后边缘密合度、外形美观度、颜色匹配度及舒适度的效果评分;比较干预前后改良牙科焦虑量表(MDAS)和牙科畏惧量表(DFS)分数。结果 情绪管理联合精细化椅旁护理干预后,观察组诊疗时间短于对照组,边缘密合度、外形美观度、颜色匹配度及舒适度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意程度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。情绪管理联合精细化椅旁护理干预前两组患者的MDAS以及DFS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组MDAS与DFS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对椅旁CAD/CAM高嵌体修复的患者采用情绪管理联合精细化椅旁护理方式,可以达到十分满意的临床效果。Objective To evaluate the eff ect of emotion management combined with refined chair side care on computer-aided design and manufacture(CAD/CAM)of high inlay repair.Methods To select 200 patients with high inlay prosthesis made by Cerec 3D chair side CAD/CAM system in the hospital from March to September 2021 as the study subjects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups,with 100 patientes in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with emotional management combined with refined chair side nursing on the basis of the control group.The satisfaction degree,diagnosis and treatment time,the eff ect scores of the edge tightness,appearance beauty,color matching and comfort after treatment and repair were compared between the two groups;the scores of modified dental anxiety scale(MDAS)and dental fear scale(DFS)were compared before and after the intervention.Results After emotion management combined with refined chair side care intervention,the diagnosis and treatment time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the scores of edge tightness,appearance beauty,color matching and comfort were higher than those in the control group,the diff erences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before emotion management combined with refined chair side care intervention,there was no significant diff erence in scores of MDAS and DFS between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of MDAS and DFS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional management combined with refined chair side care can achieve very satisfactory clinical results for patients with chair side CAD/CAM high i
