摘 要:接触式机械密封在运转中主要处于混合润滑状态,其端面间隙与表面粗糙度处于同一数量级。为探究混合润滑状态下接触式机械密封的摩擦磨损特性,分析端面温度和摩擦扭矩等性能参数受工况参数的影响规律,结合平均雷诺方程以及ZMC接触模型,求解混合润滑端面间的接触特性,建立混合润滑磨损模型,研究接触式机械密封在润滑条件下,摩擦特性参数随操作参数的变化规律,开展了相应的试验研究,并对理论分析结果进行验证。研究结果表明:随介质压力增加,微凸体接触力占比增加,通过改变端面间接触状态来改变摩擦状态;随转速增加,端面间接触状态不变,但转速加大了端面间磨损距离与温度,进而导致磨损加剧;在压力影响试验中,密封环温度和密封腔温度随压力变化成正比,且每次压力变化都使得密封环温度产生阶跃变化。所得结论对机械密封因过热和磨损导致的失效现象分析具有一定的理论指导意义。The contact mechanical seal is mainly in a mixed lubrication state during operation, and its end clearance and surface roughness are in the same order of magnitude.In order to explore the friction and wear characteristics of contact mechanical seal in the mixed lubrication state, the influences of working parameters on the performance parameters such as end face temperature and friction torque were analyzed.Then, combined with the average Reynolds equation and the ZMC contact model, the contact characteristics between mixed lubrication end faces were solved.The mixed lubrication wear model was built to study the variation of friction characteristic parameters with operating parameters of contact mechanical seal under lubrication conditions.Finally, corresponding experimental research was carried out to verify the theoretical analysis results.The research results show that, with the increase of medium pressure, the proportion of asperity contact force increases, and the friction state is changed by changing the contact state between the end faces.With the increase of rotation speed, the contact state between the end faces remains unchanged, but the rotation speed increases the wear distance and temperature between the end faces, which leads to the aggravation of wear.In the pressure influence test, the temperature of the sealing ring and the temperature of the sealing cavity are proportional to the pressure change, and each pressure change makes the temperature of the sealing ring have a step change.The conclusions have certain theoretical guiding significance for the failure analysis of mechanical seal caused by overheating and wear.
