摘 要:肌内脂肪含量是表征武夷黑猪肉品质的关键指标。肠道菌群在猪脂肪沉积过程中发挥着重要作用。然而,武夷黑猪肠道菌群研究尚未开展,肠道菌群与其肌内脂肪含量的关系仍旧未知。本研究利用16S rRNA基因测序解析了武夷黑猪肠道菌群的组成,揭示了肠道菌群中的优势细菌主要来自厚壁菌门、普氏菌属、罗氏菌属、瘤胃球菌属、螺旋菌属、密螺旋体菌属等,它们可能与武夷黑猪脂肪沉积能力强、耐粗饲、抗逆性好等生理特性有关。利用相关性分析,共鉴别了21个OTUs和8条功能途径与肌内脂肪含量显著相关(|r|>0.35,P<0.05),大多数与肌内脂肪含量相关的细菌可能通过调控多糖和氨基酸代谢来影响肌内脂肪沉积。本研究的发现为生产实践中通过干预肠道菌群、促进武夷黑猪肌内脂肪沉积奠定重要基础。Intramuscular fat(IMF)content is an important indicator of meat quality of Wuyi black pigs.Gut microbiota exerts crucial roles in fat deposition of pigs.However,there is no research on gut microbiota of Wuyi black pigs and the relationship between gut microbiota and intramuscular fat content remains unknown.In this study,16S rRNA gene sequencing was performed to analyze the gut microbiota composition of Wuyi black pigs.We found that the predominant bacteria were mainly from Firmicutes,Prevotella,Rose-buria,Ruminococcus,Sphaerochaeta,and Treponema,which may be related to the strong fatness deposition capacity,roughage-resis-tance,and stress resistance of Wuyi black pigs.The Spearman correlation analysis indicated that 21 OTUs and 8 functional pathways were significantly associated with IMF(|r|>0.35,P<0.05).Most of IMF-associated bacteria could affect the intramuscular fat deposition by regulating polysaccharides and amino acids metabolism.Our findings will provide valuable information for promoting intramuscular fat deposition of Wuyi black pigs via modulating gut microbiota.
