摘　　要：地方法人银行互联网贷款业务存在合规争议的部分集中体现在跨区经营信贷业务的认定、信贷核心业务环节的范围以及贷款用途合规性等三个方面。对上述三个问题在实务中存在的争议以及背后涉及的相关政策存在的问题进行了详细分析,并指出了地方法人银行在互联网贷款业务合规管理方面应采取的有效应对措施。The disputes over the compliance of Internet loan business of local corporate banks are mainly reflected in three aspects:the identification of cross-regional credit business,the scope of core business links of credit and the compliance of the intended use of loan.The paper makes a detailed analysis on the disputes over the aforesaid three issues in practice and the existing problems in related policy,and puts forward the effective countermeasures that local corporate banks should take in compliance management of Internet loan business.
