摘  要:目的 探讨生物反馈训练对老年高血压、糖尿病患者的血压、血糖以及睡眠的影响。方法 于2020年5—6月在四川省某乡镇随机选取患有原发性高血压和2型糖尿病的老年患者各40例,分别为高血压组和糖尿病组,两组均实施8次生物反馈训练,比较训练前后两组血糖、血压值及睡眠质量。结果 训练前两组睡眠质量均低于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);训练后两组睡眠质量均有明显提高(P<0.05),且与全国常模比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);同时高血压组的收缩压、舒张压明显下降,糖尿病组血糖值明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。训练前高血压组收缩压值与睡眠质量评分呈正相关;训练后高血压组收缩压值、舒张压值与睡眠质量评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。在训练前后,糖尿病组血糖值均与睡眠质量评分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 生物反馈训练可有效调节老年慢性疾病患者的睡眠,且对原发性高血压、糖尿病有一定辅助疗效。Objective To explore the effect of biofeedback training on blood pressure,blood glucose and sleep in elderly patients with hypertension or diabetes.Methods From May to June 2020,40 elderly patients with essential hypertension and 40 elderly patients with typeⅡdiabetes were randomly selected from a township in Sichuan Province,and they were divided into hypertension group and diabetes group accordingly.Biofeedback training was conducted for 8 times.Blood glucose,blood pressure and sleep quality before and after training were compared.Results Before training,the sleep quality of both groups was worse than the domestic norm,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After training,the sleep quality of both groups was significantly improved(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the sleep quality of both groups after training and the domestic sleep quality norm(P>0.05).At the same time,systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly in hypertension group,and blood glucose decreased significantly in diabetes group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before training,systolic blood pressure was positively correlated with the total score of sleep quality in hypertension group.After training,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were positively correlated with the total score of sleep quality in hypertension group(P<0.05).Blood glucose levels in diabetic group were positively correlated with the total score of SRSS both before and after training(P<0.01).Conclusion Biofeedback training can effectively regulate sleep in elderly patients with chronic diseases,and has a certain auxiliary effect on essential hypertension and diabetes.
