摘  要:阳离子型改性氧化石墨烯具有与阴离子型聚合物较强的界面相互作用,常用于增强增韧聚合物。以5-氨基-1,10-菲罗啉改性氧化石墨烯为填料,水性聚氨酯为基质,制备制革专用高性能涂饰剂,研究结果表明:以氧化石墨烯的重量为基准,加入15%的二环己基碳二亚胺和50%的5-氨基-1,10-菲罗啉,在60℃反应12 h,所得改性氧化石墨烯性能最佳,粒径为752.8 nm,粒径分布系数为0.188,含氮量为7.78%。使用正交设计、BP神经网络模型、皮尔逊相关性分析和TOPSIS评价可以分析、拟合并预测改性氧化石墨烯的性能,偏差<10%。此外,5-氨基-1,10-菲罗啉改性氧化石墨烯还可提升水性聚氨酯的物理力学性能。Cationic modified GO has strong interfacial interaction with anionic polymers and is often used to strengthen and toughen polymers.Using 5-amino-1,10-phenanthroline modified graphene oxide as filler and waterborne polyurethane as substrate,high performance finishing agent for leather was prepared.The results showed that:Based on the weight of GO,15%dicyclohexyl carbodiimide and 50%of 5-amino-1,10-phenanthroline were added to react at 60℃for 12 h to obtain the best performance of the modified GO.The particle size was 752.8 nm,the particle size distribution coefficient was 0.188,and the nitrogen content was 7.78%.Using orthogonal design,BP neural network model,Pearson correlation analysis and TOPSIS evaluation,the performance of modified GO can be analyzed,simulated and predicted with a deviation of<10%.In addition,the 5-amino-1,10-phenanthroline modified graphene oxide can improve the physical mechanical properties of waterborne polyurethane.
