联合眶肌筋膜韧带上提的睑袋整形术临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 基于眶肌筋膜韧带的解剖研究基础上,将眶肌筋膜韧带松解、上提的一种新的睑袋整形术的临床效果观察。方法 从2010年11月-2022年7月,回顾睑袋求美者共68例。年龄:40~60岁;男性18例,女性50例。均采用此方法进行手术,分别以去皮量,中面部上提量,并发症等评价术后效果。结果 手术平均去皮量:13.6±2.3mm;中面部平均上提量:4.6±1.3mm。术后均一期愈合,无下睑外翻发生。结论 联合眶肌筋膜韧带上提的睑袋整形术能最大化地去除下睑松弛皮肤并且未增加下睑外翻的发生,不仅更好地提升下睑皮肤,并同时能提紧颧眶区面中部,使面中部颧部脂肪隔室(Malar)得到适当复位,达到年轻化的效果,值得推广。Objective ased on the anatomical study of the fascia ligament of orbital muscle,the clinical effect of an innovative blepharoplasty in which fascia ligament of orbital muscle is released and elevated,combined with the elevation of the SMARS fascia in the middle of the face Observed.Methods From November 2010 to July 2022,a total of 68 cases were reviewed.Age:40-60 years old;18 males and 50 females.All patients were operated by this method,and the postoperative effects were evaluated by the amount of peeling,the amount of mid-face lift,and complications.Results The average amount of skin peeling during surgery was 13.6±2.3mm;the average amount of midface lift was 4.6±1.3mm.All patients healed by primary intention after operation,and no lower eyelid ectropion occurred.Conclusion Blepharoplasty combined with fascia ligament of orbital muscle lift can maximize the removal of lower eyelid laxity without increasing the occurrence of lower eyelid ectropion.It not only improves the lower eyelid skin,but also tightens the zygomatic orbital area.The middle of the face can properly reset the zygomatic fat compartment(Malar)in the middle of the face and achieve the effect of rejuvenation,which is worthy of promotion.
