摘　　要：《三代改制质文》是《春秋繁露》中一篇十分重要的文章,也是一篇对理解董仲舒的政治思想颇有代表性的文章。该篇主要通过阐述与引申《春秋》“王者必改制”的内在含义,借助于对传说古史特别是夏商周历史的解读,来全面论述董仲舒对于王朝更迭及制度化改革的思想主张。董仲舒以“天人合一”“天人感应”的理念为基础,为王朝的更迭改制确立了“三统”“四法”的天道原则及其制度化内容与程序设计。董仲舒关于王朝更迭改制的思想具有鲜明的公羊学派的特点,其主要目的是在变与不变之间找到一种政治文化的平衡。作为华夏的政治文化传统,董仲舒认为是不变的,但对于王朝更迭、履新的历史必要性则需要大力认可,否则就无法推动社会的继续发展与政治的革新。Three Generations of Reformed Texts is a very important article in The Spring and Autumn Fanlu,and also a representative article for understanding Dong Zhongshu’s political thoughts.This article mainly expounds and extends the internal meaning of“the king must change the system”in The Spring and Autumn Annals,and comprehensively discusses Dong Zhongshu’s ideas on the change of dynasties and the institutional reform through the interpretation of the legendary ancient history,especially the history of the Xia,Shang and Zhou dynasties.Dong Zhongshu,based on the idea of“unity of heaven and man”and“inter⁃action between heaven and man”,established the principle of“three unifications”and“four laws”for the change and reform of the dynasty,as well as its institutionalized content and program design.Dong Zhongshu’s thought on the change of dynasties and the reform of the system has the distinctive characteris⁃tics of the Gongyang School,and its main purpose is to find a balance of political culture between change and changelessness.As a Chinese political and cultural tradition,Dong Zhongshu believes that it is un⁃changeable,but the historical necessity of changing dynasties and carrying on new duties needs to be strong⁃ly recognized,otherwise it will not promote the continuous development of society and political innovation.
