摘 要:人类学因其独特的理论范式与研究方法为师生互动注入了有生命力的文化内涵,以此提出一种基于文化共生视角重构师生互动的学理逻辑,从信念、价值观、规范、行为四个层面诠释建构师生互动的理想图式。然而考察哲学、社会学、心理学、教育学等诸多学科关于师生互动的研究,发现尚存疏忽与些许不足。通过对其成因的剖析,期望借由以下举措:激活师生文化共栖生命场、发挥社会主义核心价值观的导向功能、完善师生文化共生的制度界面、扩展仪式育化等,建立师生文化共生体,实现师生文化的和谐共生。Anthropology,with its unique theoretical paradigm and research methods,has injected vi⁃tality into the cultural connotation of teacher-student interaction,thereby proposing a theoretical logic for reconstructing teacher-student interaction based on the perspective of cultural symbiosis,interpreting and constructing the ideal schema of teacher-student interaction from the four levels of belief,values,norms,and behavior.However,when examining the research on teacher-student interaction in many disciplines such as philosophy,sociology,psychology,and pedagogy,it is found that there are still some omissions and shortcomings.Through the analysis of its causes,it is expected to take the following measures:activate the cultural symbiosis of teachers and students,give play to the guiding function of socialist core values,im⁃prove the institutional interface of cultural symbiosis between teachers and students,expand ritual educa⁃tion,and establish a cultural symbiosis between teachers and students to achieve harmonious symbiosis be⁃tween teachers and students.
