摘 要:研究分析了分子生物学检验技术教学采用任务教学法结合临床见习模式进行授课的教学效果及应用价值。选择连云港市第一人民医院中心实验室医学检验技术专业2021年3月-2021年7月在读的110名学生作为研究对象,将其进行抽签分组。常规组采用传统方式教学,实验组采用任务教学法结合临床见习模式教学,分析两组教学效果。结果显示,实验组的理论考试成绩、分子生物学检验操作成绩高于常规组,学习状态优于常规组,教学满意度高于常规组(P<0.05),表明任务教学法结合临床见习模式对分子生物学检验技术实施教学具有积极意义,学生在这一教学模式下,理论、操作掌握情况更为良好,学习状态也更加积极。The research analyzed the teaching effect and application value of using task based teaching method combined with clinical internship mode in molecular biology laboratory technology teaching.A total of 110 students majoring in medical laboratory technology in the Central Laboratory of the First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang from March 2021 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into groups.The conventional group used traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group used task based teaching combined with clinical internship mode teaching to analyze the teaching effects of the two groups.The results showed that the experimental group had higher scores in theoretical examination and molecular biology testing than the conventional group,better learning status,and higher teaching satisfaction than the conventional group(P<0.05).Research has shown that task-based teaching combined with clinical internship mode has a positive significance for the implementation of teaching molecular biology laboratory technology.Under this teaching mode,students have a better grasp of theory and operation,and a more active learning state.
