摘　　要：某化工厂采用异丙苯法联产苯酚和丙酮,在生产过程中苯精制塔回流管及塔体溢流堰区域先后发生了泄漏失效。结合该塔工作介质属性及塔体结构进行分析,确定该塔失效原因,并为类似塔类容器的定期检验提供参考。A chemical plant adopts the method of Cumene to co-produce phenol and acetone.Leakage failure occurred successively in the return pipe and overflow weir area of the benzene refining tower.Based on the analysis of the working medium properties and the structure of the tower,the failure reason is determined,which can provide reference for the regular inspection of similar tower vessels.
