摘  要:专业实习是社会工作实践教育的主要途径,过往研究侧重于探索培养实习生的实践成效,忽略了实习生在实践体验中的反思能力成长。本研究招募了50名实习生就实习的重要事件撰写反思日记,利用主题分析的方法对数据进行三级编码分析。从涵容视角出发,发现实习生在边缘性参与专业服务场景时会遇到自身、服务对象、团队和机构的阻碍,继而在自我、情感和组织的涵容空间中,发展出追求技术应用的情境性反思能力、非批判的反身性反思能力以及走向自我整合的情感性反思能力。研究还讨论了当前专业实习给实习生带来更多的是从个体实践体验出发而产生的反思自觉,它有着对技术理性的追求和对专业性的探索,但还未达到批判性反思要求,反映了经验性倾向。研究进而建议社会工作实践教育应开始启发实习生结构性批判思维,不再只是临床技术指导。Practice is an important way of social work practice education.Existing studies focused on exploring how to foster the experience and challenges of interns,ignoring the autonomy of interns’competence growth in practical experience.Interns peripherally participate in practice,and their professional competency growth will be subject to professional services,their own psychological,clients,and institutions.Thus,the professional growth of interns tends to be uncertain.Reflective competency is an important medium for practitioners to transform their knowledge,competency,and values into professional actions.Interns will have the opportunity to develop certain professional and professional competencies through reflective competency if they can exert their subjectivity and reflective initiative,constantly reflect on their professional actions,and seek solutions.Then,how is the professional reflective competency of interns who are social work students?In the experience of peripheral participation,can interns give full play to their subjectivity to reflect on their professional actions?If reflection exists,what path is shaping the competency for reflection?Ultimately,what is the connotation of reflective competency?This study holds that multi-type reflective practice can deduce multi-dimensional reflective competency,and the key is to find the common stage between the practice path and the competency-building path.Containment theory focuses on providing practitioners with relief space to cope with uncertain and anxious states,and develop the ability to deal with bad emotional experiences and self-control.What’s more,emotional containment,organizational containment,and epistemological containment constitute a holistic framework,which is used to understand how social workers face,think,and understand the uncertainty and anxiety from the practice in individual and team practice,to digest and even transform obstacles from practice,then develop reflective competency to deal with practical obstacles.This explains the difficu
