湖北省高校实验技术队伍建设优化路径研究

摘　　要：为了提升高校实验技术队伍对于教学、科研的支撑能力,以湖北省为对象展开问卷调研与数据分析。研究发现,当前湖北省高校实验技术队伍存在用需不匹配、队伍结构不合理、发展空间受限等3个方面问题;针对这些问题,分别从岗位职数的设置及岗位职能的划分、政策调整创造环境及扩展发展空间、制度建设及结构优化、建立长效机制及强化队伍培训4个方面提出了相应的优化路径。以期为湖北省高校实验技术队伍高质量发展提供参考。In order to improve the supporting ability of experimental technical team in universities for teaching and scientific research,a questionnaire survey and data analysis are carried out in Hubei Province.It is found that there are three problems in the experimental technical team of universities in Hubei Province:the mismatch of use and demand,the unreasonable structure of the team and the limited space for development;In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimal path from the following four aspects:the setting of post posts and the division of post functions,policy adjustment,creating environment and expanding development space,system construction and structure optimization,to establish long-term mechanism and strengthen team training.These may provide reference for the high-quality development of the experimental technical team of universities in Hubei Province.
