摘　　要：实验室安全是高校安全工作的重中之重。针对众多高校对实验室安全管理,重点关注危化品、危险废弃物、生物安全等,而弱化了对水、电安全等普通实验室的安全管理。结合信息类学科实验室的特点和安全风险,坚持以人为本,生命至上的安全管理目标,从实验室安全责任落实,完善安全管理制度,加强师生安全教育,增强师生安全防护能力和应急能力,加强实验室安全设施建设,规范实验教学过程,开展实验项目安全审查等方面对实验室安全体系的构建进行研究和实践。建成了高效、科学的院级实验室安全管理体系,形成了校、院、实验室三级管理责任体系,营造了师生全员参与的实验室安全文化氛围。为高校院级实验室的建设和管理提供了有益的借鉴和参考。Laboratory safety is the top priority of university safety work.The management of laboratory safety in many universities focuses on dangerous chemicals,hazardous waste,biosafety,etc.,which weakens the safety management of ordinary laboratories such as water and electricity safety.Combined with the characteristics and safety risks of information subject laboratories,we adhere to the people-oriented,safety management objectives.From the implementation of laboratory safety responsibility,we improve the safety management system,strengthen the safety education between teachers and students,enhance the safety protection and emergency ability of teachers and students,strengthen the construction of laboratory safety facilities,standardize the process of experimental teaching,carry out the safety review of experimental projects and other aspects of the construction of laboratory safety system research and practice.It has built an efficient and scientific laboratory safety management system,formed a three-level management responsibility system of schools,institutes and laboratories,and created a laboratory safety culture atmosphere with the participation of all teachers and students.It provides useful reference of the same type of university laboratories.
