摘  要:常规的高校智慧食堂食品溯源系统多数采用区块链技术设计功能模块,但是该技术信息数据处理效率较低,不利于提高系统的平均响应性能,直接影响了食品追溯性查询的时效性。基于此,引入多传感信息融合技术,提出了一种全新的食品溯源系统。设计系统硬件采用浏览器-服务器硬件架构,减少了系统运行的成本。系统软件设计主要包括两个部分。一部分,利用多传感信息融合,设计高校智慧食堂食品溯源功能模块,达到食品追溯性查询的目标。另一部分,建立食品溯源数据库,对多层次和多空间的食品溯源信息数据进行处理与存储管理。测试结果可知,提出的溯源系统在查询食品用例溯源信息中,表现出了较高的追溯性查询性能优势,查询平均响应时间均在5 s以内。Most of the conventional food traceability systems in college smart canteens use blockchain technology to design functional modules to process the traceability information data.This technology is inefficient in processing information data,which is not conducive to improving the average response performance of the system,and directly affects the timeliness of food traceability queries.Based on this,a new food traceability system is proposed by introducing multi-sensor information fusion technology.The system hardware adopts browser server hardware architecture mode to reduce the cost of system operation.The system software design mainly includes two parts.First,using multi-sensor information fusion,design the food traceability function module of college smart canteen to achieve the goal of food traceability query.Secondly,a food traceability database is established to process and store food traceability information data with multiple levels and spaces.The system test results show that the newly proposed traceability system shows a high traceability query performance advantage in querying food use case traceability information,and the average query response time is within 5 s.
