摘　　要：以新疆不同产地阿育魏实为研究对象、总黄酮得率为评价指标,采用星点设计-效应面法优化阿育魏实总黄酮提取工艺,通过测定DPPH自由基清除率和Fe^(3+)还原能力评价其抗氧化活性。结果表明,固定超声功率为250 W、温度为40℃,在乙醇体积分数为81%、料液比为1∶26(g∶mL)、提取时间为39 min的最优条件下,总黄酮得率实际值(2.494%)与预测值(2.444%)相接近;不同产地阿育魏实总黄酮得率有所差异,其中,新疆东部哈密地区阿育魏实总黄酮得率普遍较高;不同产地阿育魏实总黄酮均具有一定的抗氧化能力,对DPPH自由基的清除能力和Fe^(3+)的还原能力均随浓度增加呈上升趋势。Taking Trachyspermum ammi(L.)Sprague from different producing areas in Xinjiang as research objects and yield of total flavonoids as an evaluation index,we optimized the extraction process of total flavonoids from Trachyspermum ammi(L.)Sprague by CCD-RSM.Moreover,we evaluated their antioxidant activities by the determination of scavenging rate of DPPH free radicals and Fe^(3+)reducing capacity.The results show that the actual yield(2.494%)of total flavonoids is close to the predicted value(2.444%)under the optimal conditions as follows:the ultrasonic power of 250 W,the temperature of 40℃,the ethanol volume fraction of 81%,the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶26(g∶mL),and the extraction time of 39 min.The yields of total flavonoids from different producing areas are different,and the yield of total flavonoids from Hami of eastern Xinjiang is generally higher.The scavenging ability of DPPH free radicals and Fe^(3+)reducing capacity of total flavonoids from different producing areas show an increasing trend with the increase of concentration,indicating that total flavonoids in Trachyspermum ammi(L.)Sprague from different producing areas has certain antioxidant ability.
