抗菌纸的制备及抗菌效果的研究综述

摘　　要：抗菌纸作为一种功能型纸质材料,质轻、环保、可回收,广泛应用于各个领域。本文阐述了抗菌纸用抗菌剂的类型和作用机理,以获得抗菌剂研究的新方向。论述了抗菌纸的制备和应用效果,以期为抗菌纸的制备和发展提供参考。经论述和分析可得,抗菌纸可抑制微生物的生长,延长食品货架寿命。天然抗菌剂抗菌性能优良,绿色环保,但是热稳定性较差,在绿色环保及保持优良抗菌性能的基础上提高其热稳定性将是研究的方向。As a functional paper material,antibacterial paper is widely used in various fields due to its light weight,environmental protection and recyclability.In this paper,the types and action mechanism of antibacterial agents for antibacterial paper are described,in order to obtain a new research direction of antibacterial agents.The preparation and application effect of antibacterial paper were discussed in order to provide reference for the preparation and development of antibacterial paper.Through discussion and analysis,it can be concluded that antibacterial paper can inhibit the growth of microorganisms and prolong the shelf life of food.Natural antibacterial agents have excellent antibacterial properties and are green and environmentally friendly,but their thermal stability is poor.Improving their thermal stability on the basis of green and maintaining excellent antibacterial properties will be the research direction.
