摘 要:目的探索培养应用型生物技术制药专业人才的案例教学模式。方法以学校2018年至2022年选修“生物技术制药”课程的药学专业学位硕士研究生为研究对象,基于药学专业人才培养要求,制订该课程的教学目标。以教研室原创性疫苗研发为主要教学内容,综合运用基于问题的学习(PBL)法、案例教学法、研讨式教学法授课,在产学研平台落实以创新思维为导向的实践教学,过程性评价学生的学习效果。结果该教学实践有效提升了教学效果,培养了学生的创新运用理论解决实际问题的思维能力,其中有5名药学专业学位硕士研究生参与教研室原创性疫苗研发。结论基于原创性疫苗研发的案例教学课可用于药学专业学位硕士研究生“生物技术制药”课程教学。Objective To explore a case teaching model for cultivating applied biotechnology pharmaceutical professionals.Methods Based on the training requirements for pharmaceutical professionals,the teaching objectives of the″Biotechnological Pharmaceutics″course were formulated for postgraduate students with the professional master degree majoring in pharmacy who took the course from 2018 to 2022.The main teaching content was the research and development of original vaccines in the Department of Microbiology and Biochemical Pharmacy,and the problem-based learning(PBL),case teaching,and deliberative teaching methods were comprehensively adopted for teaching.The innovative thinking-oriented practical teaching was implemented through the industry-university-research(IUR)platform,and the learning effect of students was evaluated in the process.Results The teaching effect was effectively improved and the students′thinking ability of using theory to solve practical problems was cultivated through the teaching practice.Among the postgraduate students with professional master degree,five postgraduate students majoring in pharmacy participated in the research and development of original vaccines in the department.Conclusion The case teaching course based on original vaccine research and development can be used for the professional degree postgraduate teaching of″Biotechnological Pharmaceutics″.
