摘　　要：医疗器械唯一标识(UDI)是医疗器械使用单位开展院内医用耗材精细化管理的有效手段,但当前实施过程中医疗器械使用单元缺乏可供扫描的UDI条码,影响了终端实施的积极性。本研究通过对比国内外医疗器械使用单元相关的定义和法规,分析当前我国企业对医疗器械使用单元实施UDI的方式和医疗器械使用单元产品标识的应用情况,提出我国UDI制度实施中医疗器械使用单元实施UDI的考虑和对策,为企业实施UDI和各方积极应用UDI开展管理提供参考。Unique device identifier(UDI)is an effective means for medical device using units to carry out refined management of medical comsumables in the hospital.However,the lack of UDI labeling at the device unit of use level may play an negative impact on the implement of UDI.By comparing the definition and regulations about the unit of use level of medical device related to UDI,analyzing the current implementation situation and application of device identifier at the unit of use level,the considerations and strategies for implementing UDI at the unit of use level in China is proposed in this study,so as to provide reference for the stakeholders to actively implement and use UDI.
