摘　　要：为培养具备科研发展潜力和创新精神的生物技术专业创新人才,延边大学生物技术专业依托暑期学校项目,在制定暑期学校项目研究内容的基础上,构建了以学科竞赛、创新实验、科研训练为主导的创新人才培养体系,建立了暑期学校创新人才考核评价体系,提高了生物技术专业学生的创新实践能力,提高了人才培养质量。生物技术专业学生的创新能力显著提升,学生学科竞赛成绩斐然,毕业生就业率提高,社会适应能力增强。该研究为生物技术专业创新人才培养提供了新思路。In order to cultivate innovative talents in biotechnology specialty with scientific research potential and innovative spirit,relying on summer school projects,on the basis of the research content of summer school projects,innovative talent cultivation system dominated by the academic competitions,innovation experiments,scientific research was constructed in biotechnology specialty of Yanbian University,t he evaluation system of innovative talents in summer school was established,innovative practical ability of students in biotechnology specialty was cultivated,the talent training quality was improved.The innovation ability of students have been obviously improved.The students in biotechnology specialty have achieved remarkable achievements in discipline competitions,and the employment rate of graduates has been increased and the social adaptability has been strengthened.The research provided a new idea for the cultivation of innovative talents in biotechnology specialty.
