“以痈论治”在溃疡性结肠炎中的临床应用概况

摘　　要：“以痈论治”理论是近年来较为热门的治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的新理念。文章通过对中医学研究文献的整理,从治疗原则、内治法、外治法、针灸治疗等方面,总结“以痈论治”UC的临床应用情况。结论:治疗原则为外科治疗痈疡的消、托、补原则。内、外治法及针灸疗法多围绕消散毒邪、托毒外出、扶正祛邪来开展。消法多选用清热燥湿、解毒消痈、调气和血之方药;托法多选用补脾益气、生肌消痈、透脓托毒之方药;补法多选用温中健脾、温补肾阳、补益气血之方药。The theory of“treating ulcerative colitis with carbuncle”is a popular new concept in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)in recent years.This paper summarized the clinical application of“treating UC as carbuncle”from the aspects of treatment principles,internal treatment,external treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion by sorting out Chinese medicine research literature.Conclusion:the principle of treatment is the principle of elimination,support and supplement in surgical treatment of carbuncle.Internal and external treatment and acupuncture therapy are mainly carried out around dissipating poisonous evil,supporting poison to go out and strengthening and dispelling evil.The method of dissipation selects herbs for clearing heat and dampness detoxifying carbuncle and regulating Qi and blood;the method of stimulation selects herbs for invigorating spleen and supplementing Qi,invigorating muscle and eliminating carbuncle and penetrating pyototoxin;the method of tonifying selects herbs for warming spleen,warming kidney Yang and tonifying Qi and blood.
