基于“头项寻列缺”对循经感传与骨骼肌-肌筋膜系统的研究概述

摘　　要：经络学说为针灸学的核心思想,也是中医学的核心理论、关键构成之一,经络存在内属腑脏、外络肢节特点,基于此,人的躯体上下内外建立连接,同时其与整个生理病理过程皆相关。功能包括调虚实、处百病、决生死,因此“不可不通”。尤为关键的是,通过经络学说不仅能够掌握解剖学不能体现的不同躯体部位间的关系,同时能够认识人体生命现象。因此,在客观描述经络现象的生物学特征及其产生机制基础上,对经络所能反映的躯体不同部位之间的联系进行探索,阐明其联系规律、特点和机制,以及这种联系规律的科学价值,可为正确认识经络的内涵提供有力支撑。实验证实人体体表和体表、体表和内脏间皆有上下内外特定联系特征,对此发现,经络学说进行了阐述,同时为临床应用提供了指导。其中“头项寻列缺”理论体现了基于手太阴肺经脉体表循行路线的列缺穴与颈项部之间的特异性联系,对针灸治疗颈项部疾病具有广泛、重要的临床指导价值。因此,基于“头项寻列缺”所体现的循经感传现象,对循经感传与骨骼肌-肌筋膜系统的相关研究进展做论述。The meridian theory is not only the core theory of acupuncture and moxibustion,but also one of the core theories of traditional Chinese medicine.Belongs to the viscera inside and outside the limb.It is the basis of connecting the inside and outside of the human body,and runs through the whole physiological and pathological process.It has the function of deciding life and death,dealing with all kinds of diseases,and regulating deficiency and reality.Therefore,“must be connected”.More importantly,the meridian theory provides us with not only the relationship between different parts of the body that can not be recognized anatomically,but also the understanding of the phenomenon of human life.Therefore,on the basis of objectively describing the biological characteristics and mechanism of meridian phenomenon,this paper explores the relationship between different parts of the body that can be reflected by meridians,and clarifies its law,characteristics and mechanism.And the scientific value of this law of connection can not only provide a strong support for us to correctly understand the connotation of meridians,but also is of great significance to the development of meridian theory and acupuncture and moxibustion today.The study found that there is a specific relationship between human body surface and body surface,body surface and viscera.Therefore,the meridian theory explains this important discovery and guides clinical practice.Among them,the theory of“Lieque(LU7)for disorders of the head and neck”embodies the specific relationship between the acupoints Lieque(LU7)and the neck based on the body surface route of the Taiyin lung meridian,and has the extensive and important clinical guidance value for acupuncture treatment of neck diseases.Therefore,based on the phenomenon of sensory transmission along meridians embodied in“Lieque(LU7)for disorders of the head and neck”,this paper discusses the research progress of sensory transmission along meridians and skeletal muscle-myofascial system.
