摘　　要：“肾者胃之关”为中医学重要的理论,首载于《黄帝内经》的《素问·水热穴论篇》中,认为肾是水液输布排泄之重要门户,肾脏失司而聚水为病。将《黄帝内经》中与之相关的其他篇论加以联系,则充分表明了在整个人体水液代谢排布的过程中,胃乃水液受纳之先使,肾司二阴启闭以调控水液输布。众多医家在注解评释的过程中皆围绕着肾胃与水液代谢之间的关系,历代学者更是对该理论进行了不同程度地阐扬发新,并运施于临证之中。该文以古今相关文献为线索,期以展现“肾者胃之关”理论的源端、内涵、发展等详实脉络,并将该理论在水肿、咳嗽、便秘、呕吐等疾病中的实际应用情况加以总结,以表明“肾者胃之关”理论对众多病证具有重要的指导意义,旨在为今后中医临床辨治疾病提供积极的参考和借鉴。“The relationship between kidney and stomach”is an important theory of traditional Chinese medicine.It first published in the Plain Questions·on Water and Hot Points of the Inner Canon of Huangdi,which points out that the kidney is the key to the transportation and excretion of water,and the abnormal function of the kidney makes the body's water metabolism abnormal,resulting in water metabolism diseases.In connection with other related articles in the Inner Canon of Huangdi,we can find that in the whole process of human body's water metabolism,the stomach is the first driver of water metabolism,and the kidney division opens and closes the anterior and posterior Yins to regulate water metabolism.In the process of annotation and interpretation,doctors all focused on the relationship between kidney,stomach and water metabolism.Scholars have extended the theory accordingly and applied it in clinical practice.Based on the combing of ancient and modern relevant literature,this paper hopes to show the specific context of the source,connotation,development of the theory.By summarizing the application of this theory in edema,cough,constipation,vomiting and other diseases,it shows that the theory of“the relationship between kidney and stomach”has important guiding significance for many diseases.This paper aims to provide a positive and useful reference for the clinical differentiation and treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine in the future.
