摘　　要：该文在《黄帝内经》《针灸甲乙经》《针灸资生经》和《类经》等医籍的论述节、节之交、脉气所发等腧穴概念的基础上,结合临床取穴和治疗经验,论述了腧穴的体内属性及其在生理状态、病理状态和针刺深度三个方面的体现。临床上取穴时应注重切诊技术,应用按、压、爪、切、循、弹、拨或按压、爪切、弹拨等切诊技术时,医者既要感知指下腧穴或病痛处的皮肤温度、搏动状态以及筋肉的软硬度、凹陷、凸起、结节和条索状等状态,也要观察患者面部表情如皱眉、咧嘴等异常表现,还要询问患者按之酸痛、按之痛甚、按之快然和按之痛解等反应方能取准腧穴,并根据经脉、季节、五体、脉象和体质、职业方面等决定腧穴的针刺深度。认识腧穴的体内属性,有助于提高临床疗效。On the basis of the concepts of acupoints such as section,intersection of sections,and place of origin of meridian Qi in medical books such as Internal Canon of Huangdi,A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Classified Classic,combined with clinical acupoint selection and treatment experience,this paper discusses the internal attributes of acupoints and their embodiment in physiological state,pathological state and depth of acupuncture.Should notice when clinically find acupoint pulse feeling and palpation technique,used by,pressure,claw,cut,cycle,play,dial,or press,claw,plucked,pulse feeling and palpation technologies such as cutting the healer both awareness refers to the aperture or disease of the skin temperature,pulse state as well as brawn's hardness,concave,convex,nodules and a funicular state,also want to observe patients abnormal facial expressions such as frowning,mouth,The patient should also be asked about the pain,pain,speed and pain solution of the acupoint,and the depth of acupoint acupuncture should be determined according to the meridians,seasons,five bodies,pulse,physique and occupation.Understanding the internal properties of acupoints is helpful to improve the clinical effect.
