荆花胃康胶丸联合三联疗法治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察荆花胃康胶丸联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者纳入研究,按奇偶数字法随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组给予阿莫西林+克拉霉素+雷贝拉唑三联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予荆花胃康胶丸治疗。2组治疗1个月后,观察比较临床疗效、Hp根除率、中医证候评分及血清炎症因子[白细胞介素-8 (IL-8)、白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)]水平。结果:观察组总有效率为95.56%,对照组为82.22%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Hp根除率为84.44%,对照组为64.44%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组胃脘疼痛、胃脘胀满、口干口苦、反酸、大便溏稀等中医证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组上述各项中医证候评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:荆花胃康胶丸联合三联疗法治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎可提高临床疗效及Hp清除率,缓解患者临床症状,减轻机体炎症反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jinghua Weikang Capsules combined with triple therapies for helicobacter pylori(HP) positive chronic gastritis. Methods:A total of 90 cases of patients with Hp positive chronic gastritis were included in the study and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the odd-even number method,with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given triple therapies with amoxicillin,clarithromycin and rabeprazole,and the observation group was additionally treated with Jinghua Weikang Capsules based on the treatment of the control group.After one month of treatment,clinical effects,Hp eradication rates,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and levels of inflammatory factors including interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-10(IL-10)and C-reactive protein(CRP) in serum in the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The total effective rate was 95.56% in the observation group and 82.22% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The Hp eradication rate was 84.44% in the observation group and 64.44% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of scores of TCM syndromes including epigastric pain,epigastric distension, dry and bitter mouth, acid reflux and sloppy stool between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,all the above TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Jinghua Weikang Capsules combined with triple therapies for Hp positive chronic gastritis can help improve clinical effect and Hp clearance rate, relieve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory responses in the body.
