摘 要:磷化氢减量增效熏蒸是减缓磷化氢抗性发展,保护生态环境,延缓磷化氢因高毒和杀虫效果不理想而遭淘汰命运的重要举措。在广东地区高大平房仓内,采用机械通风、小型谷物冷却机冷却、空调控温等控温技术以及粮堆表面施用惰性粉、磷化氢膜下环流熏蒸等害虫防治技术,开展磷化氢减量增效熏蒸防治试验。试验期间,试验仓和对照仓熏蒸次数分别为2、3次,熏蒸药剂总量分别为80、180 kg。试验结果表明,试验仓不论在熏蒸次数还是在药剂使用总量方面,均少于对照仓房,实现了试验“减量增效”的目的。Phosphine reduction and efficiency increasing fumigation is an important measure to slow down the development of phosphine resistance,protect the ecological environment,and delay the fate of phosphine being eliminated due to its high toxicity and poor insecticidal effect.In this paper,the experiment of phosphine reduction and efficiency enhancement fumigation control was carried out in large warehouses in Guangdong Province by using temperature control technologies including mechanical ventilation,small grain cooler cooling,air conditioning temperature control,as well as pest control technologies such as inert powder application on the surface of grain piles,phosphine sub-membrane circulation fumigation.During the test,the times of fumigation in the test warehouse and the control warehouse were 2 and 3 respectively,and the total amount of fumigation agent was 80 kg and 180 kg respectively.The results showed that the test warehouse was less than the control warehouse in terms of both the fumigation times and the total amount of chemicals used,which realized the goal of"reduction and efficiency enhancement".
