摘  要:党的二十大报告提出:“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人是教育的根本问题。育人的根本在于立德。”通过对教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、教材建设、教师团队建设等方面的改革,秉承以“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的OBE教学理念,积极推进课程思政与思政课程同向同行,坚持价值引领,发挥一流课程铸魂育人新能效,加强线上线下混合一流课程建设和示范作用,深化课程的内涵式建设,转变教育教学观念,改革创新人才培养模式,带动教学质量提升。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that“the fundamental problem of education is who to train,how to train,and for whom to train and the foundation of education lies in the cultivation of virtue.”It is suggested to reform the content,the method,and the means of teaching,and the construction of teaching materials and the teacher team etc,to adhere to the OBE teaching concept of“student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement”,to actively promotes the ideological and political education in all courses to be in the same direction as the ideological and political courses,to adhere to the value guidance,to give play to the first-class courses to cast the soul and educate people efficiently,to strengthen the construction and demonstration role of online and offline mixed first-class courses,to deepen the connotation construction of courses,to change the concept of education and teaching,and to reform and innovate the talent training mode,so as to promote the teaching quality.
