开放教育学员自主学习现状调查及对策研究——以W开放大学为例

摘　　要：开放教育是经过教育部批准,由国家开放大学组织实施、全国电大系统共同参与、主要面向在职成人的一种新型学历教育模式,是“现代远程教育工程”的重要组成部分。开放教育作为一种扎根百姓、服务全民的教育模式,在其发展中还存在一些短板和问题。以W开放大学学员为研究对象,对其开放教育学员自主学习现状与学习效果进行调研,分析开放教育的学员在自主学习中存在的“缺乏主动学习精神、缺乏有效权衡能力、缺乏自我管理能力、网络平台交互不足”问题和不足,并据此提出“坚持以提升学员能力为核心的原则、健全以学生为主体的支持服务体系、构建科学系统的自主学习运行机制”的对策建议,这对提高开放教育教学质量有着重要的价值和意义。Open education is a new academic education mode approved by the Ministry of Education,organized and implemented by the National Open University,participated by the national radio and television university system,and mainly for in-service adults.It is an important part of the“Modern Distance Education Project”.As an educational model rooted in the people and serving the whole people,there are still some shortcomings and problems in its development.This paper takes the students of W Open University as the research object.Based on the investigation of the current situation and learning effect of adult students’autonomous learning in open education,it investigates the present situation and effect in the autonomous learning of students in open education,analyzes problems and weaknesses such as the“lack of the spirit of active learning,ineffective ability of balance,lack of self-management ability,and insufficient network platform interaction”,and puts forward strategies such as,“adhering to the principle of improving students’ability as the core,improving the student-centered support service system,and constructing a scientific and systematic autonomous learning operation mechanism”,which is of important value and significance for improving the teaching quality in open education.
