预防未成年人流浪及避免重复流浪的对策研究

摘　　要：流浪未成年人所具有的独特心理特征在认知发展、行为表现及社会交往方面与其他未成年人有着明显不同。流浪未成年人受不良环境因素的影响所导致的自控能力弱、经常性地自我否定、不信任他人等情况严重影响其身心健康成长及社会发展。流浪未成年人所产生的负面效应已经引起政府和社会的广泛关注,近年来,政府加快推动社会力量参与社会治理,倡导社会工作机构从专业的角度介入该群体问题的解决,不断化解其中的社会矛盾。结合流浪未成年人这一特殊群体的现状、特征及形成原因,从外展社会工作的角度出发总结梳理解决方案,为社会工作介入流浪未成年人服务的研究提供方向与思路,加强社会大众对该群体的重视,帮助流浪未成年人重新回归社会。The unique psychological characteristics of vagrant minors are distinctly different from those of other minors in terms of cognitive development,behaviour and social interaction.The weak self-control,frequent self-denial and distrust of others caused by the influence of negative environmental factors have a serious impact on the physical and psychological growth and social development of vagrant minors.In recent years,the government has accelerated the participation of social forces in social governance and advocated the involvement of social work agencies in solving the problems of this group from a professional perspective,so as to continuously resolve the social conflicts among them.The author summarizes the solutions from the perspective of outreach social work,taking into account the current situation,characteristics and causes of the vagrant minors group,in order to provide direction and ideas for the study of social work intervention in vagrant minors services,to strengthen attention of the public to this group,and to help vagrant minors to rejoin society.
