摘 要:本文对目前教考分离管理模式在大学教育应用中存在的主要争议进行了探讨;通过问卷调查了解了辽宁何氏医学院教师对教考分离管理模式的认识,结果显示,85.0%以上的教师认为教考分离管理模式重要。本文分析了医学教育中实施教考分离管理模式面临的挑战,即“如何扬长避短,发挥教考分离管理模式优势”“如何化被动为主动,激发教师和学生的积极性”“如何建设完善的计算机化试题库,保障教考分离管理模式有效实施”“如何合理和有效应用教考分离管理模式,真正促进教育教学发展”;介绍了辽宁何氏医学院实施教考分离管理模式的情况,提出了确保教考分离管理模式有效实施的思考,重点强调了试题库建设、优化考试过程和合理使用教考分离。This article discusses the dispute of application of separation of teaching and examination in the university education.The cognition on the separation of teaching and examination of teachers at the He University,School of Clinical Medicine is introduced and a questionnaire survey is done among them.The results shows that 85.0%of the teachers considers the model of separation of teaching and examination is important.The challenges facing the matter are analyzed,including that how to develop the model advantage and avoid the weakness,how to motivate the enthusiasm of the faculty and students,how to build the standardized item bank for the practice effectively,and how to use the model reasonably for the development.Separation of teaching and examination in He University,School of Clinical Medicine is presented,and some suggestions are discussed to ensure the model be effectively practiced.The effectively building item bank,optimizing the examination procedure,and reasonably using the separation of teaching and examination are emphasized.
