摘　　要：实验室安全稳定运行是保障工程教育认证的重要支持条件之一。地方高校在处理实验室废弃物方面因存在专业交叉、人员环保意识淡薄、处置资质受限等因素,造成无法及时清运和处置的现状,如何科学分类处置是治理的关键。文章以工程教育认证为背景,结合实验室危险化学品过程管理,通过健全管理机制,强化实验人员安全教育,完善软硬件设施建设这三个环节,从源头把控规范实验废弃物回收。实践表明,高校与危化品运输公司、环保公司建立校企合作机制,可以有效畅通实验废弃物运输处置环节,破解实验室管理难题。该文旨在对地方高校废弃物过程管理、处置提供建议。The safe and stable operation of laboratories is one of the important supporting conditions to ensure the certification of engineering education.Local colleges and universities are unable to clear and dispose laboratory wastes in a timely manner due to cross disciplines,weak environmental awareness of personnel,limited disposal qualifications and other factors.How to scientifically classify and dispose of laboratory wastes is the key to governance.Based on the background of engineering education certification,combined with the process management of hazardous chemicals in the laboratory,through improving the management mechanism,strengthening the safety education of laboratory personnel,and improving the construction of software and hardware facilities,this paper controls and regulates the recycling of experimental wastes from the source.The practice shows that the establishment of a school enterprise cooperation mechanism between colleges and universities and hazardous chemical transportation companies and environmental protection companies can effectively unblock the transport and disposal of experimental wastes and solve the laboratory management problems.This paper aims to provide suggestions for waste process management and disposal in local universities.
