摘　　要：随着职业教育的快速发展和社会经济环境的不断变化,以科学技术为主要生产力的综合国力标准变得越来越重要。实验室硬件配置是检验实验室水平的重要标准,是强大的科学技术硬实力的体现,而实验室管理的水平则是软实力的体现,两者相互结合后,实验室综合水平得到提升。化学是一门基于实验的科学,对化学实验室的化学试剂管理应严格要求。在储存化学试剂时,必须使用科学的方法来防止化学试剂变质,同时注意安全管理和风险控制。文章以实验室化学试剂管理为研究对象,分析了实验室化学试剂管理内容的基本概况和基础,引申出试验室管理的重要性和作用。结合理论分析,进一步分析高职院校化学实验室现有问题的根本原因,深入研究实验室管理过程中的“弊端”,结合国情,提出提高校内实验室化学试剂管理质量的对策,填补了当前国内实验室管理中不足之处,以保障高职院校化学类教学、科研活动的顺利开展。With the rapid development of vocational education and the constant change of social and economic environment,the standard of comprehensive national strength with science and technology as the main productive forces becomes more and more important.Laboratory hardware configuration is an important standard to test the level of the laboratory,is the embodiment of the strong hard strength of science and technology,and the level of laboratory management is the embodiment of soft strength.After the combination of the two,the comprehensive level of the laboratory has been improved.Chemistry is a science based on experiment,the management of chemical reagents in chemistry laboratory should be strict.When storing chemical reagents,it is necessary to use scientific methods to prevent deterioration of chemical reagents,while paying attention to safety management and risk control.This paper takes the management of laboratory chemical reagents as the research object,analyzes the basic situation and foundation of the management of laboratory chemical reagents,and extends the importance and function of laboratory management.Combined with theoretical analysis,this paper further analyzes the root causes of existing problems in chemistry laboratories of high vocational schools,further studies the“drawbacks”in the process of laboratory management,and combines with national conditions to put forward countermeasures to improve the quality of chemical reagent management in laboratory of high vocational schools,filling the deficiencies in the current laboratory management,so as to ensure the smooth development of chemistry teaching and scientific research activities in high vocational schools.
