摘  要:该文以太原工业学院减脂塑形课程的31名学生为实验对象,通过抗阻训练结合有氧运动的训练方案,对比干预前后肥胖大学生的体成分状况,为学校开展关于特殊人群的各项活动提供一定的实践和教学依据。结果显示:身体质量指数(BMI)存在极显著性差异(P<0.001);体重、脂肪量指标均存在非常显著性差异(P<0.01);体脂肪率、肌肉量、去脂体重指标均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。得出抗阻训练+有氧运动对减脂有较好的效果,第4周至第8周为平台期,减脂训练中应根据实际情况调整有氧运动与抗阻训练的比例。This paper took 31 students in fat reduction and body shaping courses in Taiyuan Institute of Technology as experimental subjects,and compared the body composition of obese college students before and after the intervention through the training program of the combination of resistance training and aerobic exercise,so as to provide a certain practical and teaching basis for the school to carry out various activities on special groups.The results showed that there were extremely significant differences in BMI(P<0.001),there were very significant differences in weight and fat mass indexes(P<0.01),and there significant differences in body fat rate,muscle mass and fat-free body weight(P<0.05).It was concluded that resistance training+aerobic exercise had a better effect on reducing fat,the 4th week to the 8th week were the plateau period,and the proportion of aerobic exercise and resistance training should be adjusted according to the actual situation in fat loss training.
