摘  要:该文运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析法等研究方法,以下肢专项力量训练对初中业余拉丁舞选手的影响为研究对象进行实验研究,在充分了解国内外学者研究动态的前提下,遵循目的性、科学性、全面性的原则,以初中生业余拉丁舞选手为实验对象,在训练方式、训练内容及训练时间上进行有效设定。通过为期12周的实验研究,发现单腿支撑、脚踝提踵立、原地中跳、小弹腿、高抬腿、换脚跳、小步跑、原地双脚跳等实验内容有效提升了实验对象的下肢力量,提高了实验对象身体稳定性及专项技能,为拉丁舞美感呈现提供了重要保障。该文旨在为更多初中生业余拉丁舞选手更好地开展下肢力量训练提供良好的参考作用。By using the research methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper conducted an experimental study on the influence of lower limb specific strength training on amateur Latin dancers in junior high schools.On the premise of fully understanding the research trends of domestic and foreign scholars,following the principles of purposefulness,scientificity and comprehensiveness,taking amateur Latin dancers in junior high schools as experimental objects,this paper effectively set the training mode,training content and training time.Through the 12-week experimental study,it was found that the experimental contents such as single leg support,ankle heel lift,middle jump in situ,bungee jump,high leg lift,foot change jump,trot running,and two-foot jump in situ effectively improved the lower limb strength of experimental objects,and improved the physical stability and special skills of experimental objects,which provided an important guarantee for the aesthetic presentation of Latin dance.This paper aims to provide a good reference for more amateur Latin dancers in junior high schools to better carry out lower limb strength training.
