中等唤醒下注意焦点对羽毛球运动员反手抽球的准确度影响

摘　　要：该文运用实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,在前人对注意焦点影响动作技能学习的研究基础上,以动作技能达到自动化的公安院校羽毛球校队队员为实验对象,在运动员处于中等的唤醒水平下,考察不同注意焦点对被试反手抽球出球效果的影响。结果表明,被试运用外部注意焦点进行反手抽球测试所得成绩与运用内部注意焦点所得测试成绩相比具有显著差异,即运动员在外部注意焦点指导下反手抽球的出球质量较好。在高水平羽毛球运动员的技战术训练中,适当运用这一理论可以显著提高运动员的出球准确度,进而提高运动员的战术意识和竞技能力。This paper uses the experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,based on the previous research on the effect of attention focus on action skill learning,taking the members of the school badminton team in public security colleges whose action skills have reached automation as experimental objects,to investigate the impact of different attention focuses on the backhand drive effect of test subjects when the players are in the level of medium arousal.The results show that there is significant difference between subjects'results of backhand drive test with external attention focus and their results of backhand drive test with internal attention focus,that is,the quality of stroke under the guidance of external attention focus is better.In the technical and tactical training of high-level badminton players,the proper application of this theory can significantly improve the accuracy of the players'delivery,and then improve their tactical awareness and competitive ability.
