摘 要:该研究对高中体育生和普通学生身体自尊及整体自尊进行调查,探讨两种学生群体身体自尊和整体自尊的整体水平,以及两种群体之间是否具有差异,为学校心理健康教育提供一定的参考。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对100名在校高中生身体自尊、整体自尊情况进行调查研究。经过分析得出以下结论:体育生身体自尊的整体水平明显高于普通学生,拥有更高的身体自尊水平,在身体状况和身体素质方面比较突出;所有学生的整体自尊位于正常水平,体育生和普通学生的整体自尊处于同一水平。This study investigated the body self-esteem and overall self-esteem of sports students and ordinary students in high schools,explored the overall level of body self-esteem and overall self-esteem of these two student groups,and whether there were differences between the two groups,so as to provide certain reference for school mental health education.The body self-esteem and overall self-esteem of 100 high school students were investigated by methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.After the analysis,the following conclusions were drawn.The overall level of physical self-esteem of sports students was significantly higher than that of ordinary students,they were in a higher level of physical self-esteem,and they were more prominent in terms of physical condition and physical quality.The overall self-esteem of all students was at the normal level,and the overall self-esteem of sports students and ordinary students was at the same level.
