摘 要:在健美操项目中,良好的身体素质是一个健美操练习者应具备的基本条件,无论是专业组还是非专业组,均需要具备良好的柔韧素质。只有这样,才能在完成动作时表现出大幅度的肢体动作活动范围,才可以更好地完成高难度、高质量的技术动作,一些肌肉等软组织出现运动损伤的频率也可以得到减少。根据普通高校健美操专项学生的特征进行柔韧素质训练,不仅要解决“软开度”的问题,还要运用合理的拉伸方法和动作,提高他们的肌肉韧性,从而发挥出健美操动作柔中有刚和刚中有柔的效果。该文旨在对柔韧素质训练的方法和要求进行分析和研究,为更好地进行专项健美操柔韧素质训练提供理论依据。In aerobics,good physical quality is the basic condition that an aerobics practitioner should have.Both the professional group and the non-professional group need to have good flexibility.Only in this way can they show a large range of body movement when completing elements,better complete highly difficult,high-quality technical elements,and the frequency of sports injuries in some muscles and other soft tissues also be more reduced.According to the characteristics of special aerobics students in ordinary colleges and universities,the flexibility training should not only solve the problem of"soft opening",but also use reasonable stretching methods and elements to improve their muscle toughness,so as to play the effect of strength and grace of aerobics elements.This paper aims to analyze and study methods and requirements of flexibility training to provide a theoretical basis for better flexibility training of special aerobics.
