摘 要:为提升线材产品的金属性能和质量,减小现场操作人员的劳动强度,该文针对高速线材预精轧机和精轧机轧制速度较高,仅靠轧机传动装置内置的双闭环调速系统无法保证2架轧机间的无张力轧制和不产生堆钢、拉钢事故的问题,在预精轧机和精轧机间设置活套闭环控制环节,活套调节环采用PID调节器,把离散化的思想引入到活套控制环节,使轧件保持恒定套量,实现2架轧机间实施无张力轧制,通过现场调试和现场运行实践证明,该次高速线材轧机活套闭环控制系统设计和选型合理,增强产品的质量,能够减少操作人员工作强度,有很好的经济利益。In order to improve the metal properties and quality of wire products and reduce the labor intensity of field operators,This paper aims at the high rolling speed of the high-speed wire rod pre-finishing mill and the finishing mill,the double closed-loop speed control system built in the rolling mill transmission device alone cannot guarantee the tension-free rolling between the two rolling mills and the occurrence of stacking and drawing accidents,between pre-finishing mill and finishing mill set loop closed-loop control link,PID regulator is used in looper control link.Introduce the idea of discretization into looper control link,so that the rolling pieces keep a constant loop quantity,and tension-free rolling is realized between the two mills.The design and selection of the loop loop control system of the high speed wire mill are reasonable,thereby can enhance the quality of the product,reduce the working intensity of operators,and have good economic benefits.
