摘 要:隧道收敛变形能够直观地反映出隧道结构的安全状况,是影响地铁正常运营的重要因素。依托南京扬子江大断面盾构隧道,建立了单环管片精细化数值模型,以现场接缝张开度的健康监测数据验证数值模型的准确性与可行性,研究了纵缝张开与收敛变形的关系以及螺栓预紧力和管片拼装角度对收敛变形的影响。结果表明:(1)纵缝张开是隧道环向发生收敛变形的关键因素,管片绕接缝处转动是收敛变形的主要形态;(2)对于大变形情况(>8‰D),不建议将提高螺栓预紧力作为控制收敛的主要手段;(3)得到的“纵缝张开收敛变形”拟合公式,可用于估算圆砾及卵石全透水地层中不同拱腰收敛变形下的拱顶纵缝张开量。Tunnel convergence can directly reflect the safety status of the tunnel structures,which is an important factor affecting the normal operation of the subway.Based on the Nanjing Yangtze River large section shield tunnel,a single-ring segment numerical refinement model is established.The accuracy and feasibility of the numerical model are verified by the health monitoring data of on-site joint opening.The relationship between longitudinal joint opening and convergence,and the influence of bolt preload and segment assembly angle on convergence are studied.The results show that:(1)The longitudinal opening joint is the key factor of circumferential convergence of the shield tunnel,and the rotation of the segment around the joint is the main form of convergence.(2)For large deformations(>8‰D),increasing the bolt preload is not recommended to be the primary means to control convergence.(3)The obtained"longitudinal joint opening-convergent deformation"fitting formula can be used to approximately estimate the longitudinal joint opening of arch-crown under different convergence of arch waist in round gravel and pebble fully permeable stratum.
