摘　　要：人工智能技术驱动高校精准思政具有促进个性化教育展开和立德树人目标实现的重要价值,能够满足学生自由而全面的发展。同时,人工智能技术也与高校精准思政的发展存在一定耦合性,二者的有机结合可以促进教育模式的转型、个性化教育方案的实施以及教育者角色的变革。基于此,高校通过组建专业人才队伍、优选教育内容和注重教育评价反馈三方面进一步优化高校精准思政的实施过程,从而增强思想政治教育的针对性与实效性。The application of precise thinking in ideological and political work in colleges and universities driven by artificial intelligence technology is of great value in boosting personalized education and achieving the goal of fostering virtue through education and it can meet the students demand for free and comprehensive development.Meanwhile,artificial intelligence technology to a certain degree has a coupling relationship with ideological and political education from the perspective of precise thinking.The integration of the former and the latter can promote the transformation of educational model,the implementation of personalized education plan and the change in the role of educators.For this reason,colleges and universities further optimize the process of implementing the program of ideological and political educationby building a team of talents,selecting education content and laying stress on evaluation and feedback on education.Thus,it is expected to better target ideological and political education and make it more effective.
