摘 要:阐述正弦波振荡器作为多数电子系统的关键器件,对振荡电路的频率、幅度、稳定性、误差等提出了较高的要求。探讨基于常规的电容三点式振荡电路模型,分析对实际电路中产生的寄生效应,根据分析结果优化电路的理论模型,完善理论模型计算方法。对优化后的模型进行了12MHz正弦波实际产品的测试,测试结果表明,理论计算与实测值之间的误差降到0.5%以下,达到了设计要求,该优化模型对实际正弦波振荡电路频率选调具有重要指导作用。This paper expounds that the sine wave oscillator, as the key device of most electronic systems, puts forward higher requirements for the frequency, amplitude, stability and error of the oscillation circuit. Discusses the circuit model based on conventional capacitance three-point oscillation, analyzes the parasitic effect on the actual circuit, optimizes the theoretical model of the circuit according to the analysis results, and improves the calculation method of the theoretical model. The optimized model has been tested on the actual 12MHz sine wave product. The test results show that the error between the theoretical calculation and the measured value is reduced to less than 0.5%, which meets the design requirements. The optimized model has an important guiding role for the frequency selection of the actual sine wave oscillation circuit.
