摘　　要：阐述集成电路技术和产业发展的意义,存在的问题,应对的实施对策,包括加强集成电路技术与企业的联动、提高集成电路产业集成度、加强相关产业技术的研发、加大科技人才培养。This paper expounds the significance of integrated circuit technology and industrial development, existing problems, and implementation countermeasures, including strengthening the linkage between integrated circuit technology and enterprises, improving the integration of integrated circuit industry, strengthening the research and development of related industrial technology, and increasing the training of scientific and technological talents.
