摘　　要：阐述集成电路与大数据技术融合,提供精准的信息化支持,数字化装备使信息来源实现多元化、精准化,通过数据画像、数据分析和建模,判断数据背后内在的、必然的因果关系。This paper describes the integration of integrated circuit and big data technology, provides accurate information support, and digital equipment enables the diversification and accuracy of information sources. Through data portrait, data analysis and modeling, the inherent and inevitable causal relationship behind the data is judged.
