摘　　要：阐述电力信息通信网络的特点,智能电网电力信息通信网络的方式,包括光纤以太网通信、无线移动通信,探讨电力信息通信网络的运营,构建配电通信网和用户接入网的网络架构。This paper expounds the characteristics of power information communication network and the mode of smart grid power information communication network, including optical fiber Ethernet communication and wireless mobile communication, discusses the operation of power information communication network, and constructs the network architecture of distribution communication network and user access network.
