摘  要:阐述斗轮式堆取料机在长期运行的过程中,斗轮头取料状态存在过载运行的工况,导致胀紧连接部位打滑后相互摩擦,使得斗轮头主轴和减速机空心输出轴胀紧部位出现磨损,该部位的径向间隙逐步增大,最终发生无法正常传递扭矩的情况,探讨DQL500/1000-30型斗轮式堆取料机故障原因与对策。This paper expounds that during the long-term operation of the bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer, there is an overload operation condition in the reclaiming state of the bucket wheel head, which leads to the friction between the expansion joint parts after slipping, which causes the wear of the main shaft of the bucket wheel head and the expansion part of the hollow output shaft of the reducer, and the radial clearance of this part gradually increases, and finally the situation that the torque can not be transmitted normally occurs, and discusses the causes and countermeasures of the failure of the DQL500/1000-30 bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer.
