摘　　要：阐述新能源发展的现状,太阳能和风能发电对电网调度管理的影响,应对的措施,包括充分考虑分配计划的显性与隐性影响,对运行中可能发生的故障制定预案,实时监控、跟踪、控制电网负荷。This paper describes the current situation of the development of new energy, the impact of solar and wind power generation on grid dispatching management, and the countermeasures, including fully considering the explicit and implicit impact of the distribution plan, making plans for possible failures in operation, and real-time monitoring, tracking, and control of grid load.
