摘　　要：阐述MySQL数据和SSM框架,基于JavaEE技术和平台设计,实现Web软件管理系统对环境监测信息和数据的采集和处理,实现信息管理系统和平台的完整结构和功能。This paper describes the MySQL data and SSM framework, based on Java EE technology and platform design, realizes the collection and processing of environmental monitoring information and data by the Web software management system, and realizes the complete structure and functions of the information management system and platform.
