摘  要:阐述HT7700透射电子显微镜操作简单、分辨率高的特点,备受专业人士的关注。HT7700透射电子显微镜在日常应用过程中会受到环境、操作因素的影响,只有加强维护才能够充分发挥其作用。探讨利用文献资料法,对HT7700透射电子显微镜进行日常维护,包括真空系统、高压照明系统、成像系统、冷却循环水系统,从而降低显微镜出现故障的概率。This paper describes the characteristics of HT7700 transmission electron microscope, such as simple operation and high resolution, which attracts the attention of professionals. The HT7700 transmission electron microscope will be affected by environmental and operational factors in its daily application. Only by strengthening maintenance can it fully play its role. This paper discusses the daily maintenance of the HT7700 transmission electron microscope, including vacuum system, high-pressure lighting system, imaging system, cooling circulating water system, by using the method of literature, so as to reduce the probability of the failure of the microscope.
