摘 要:阐述在检测电信号的频率时,如果采用测周期法,需要较多周期(即较长时间),才能得到高精度的测量结果;如果采用高速数字信号处理方法,将一段时间的模拟信号采样保持、模/数转换为数字信号后计算得到频率信号,虽然所需模拟信号的持续时间较短,但是计算量很大时,计算时间不容忽略。在低功耗的应用场景,微处理器的计算能力和功耗常常是矛盾的。提出了一种提高信号频率测量精度的方法,利用一般性能的微处理器和简单的计算步骤,在短时间内可以大幅度提高电信号频率检测的精度,适用于大批量的频率检测应用,或者是高精度频率检测的预处理。This paper introduces when detecting the frequency of electrical signals,if the period measurement method is used,it needs more periods(i.e.longer time)to get high-precision measurement results.When the high-speed digital signal processing method is adopted,firstly a period of analog signal is sampled and held,and analog/digital conversion to digital signals,then the frequency value is calculated based on digital signals.Although the duration of the required analog signal is short,the calculation time could not be ignored if the amount of calculation is huge.In lowpower application scenarios,the computing power and power consumption of microprocessors are often contradictory.In this paper,a method to improve the accuracy of signal frequency measurement is proposed.By using general performance microprocessor and simple calculation steps,the accuracy of electrical signal frequency detection can be greatly improved in a short time.It is suitable for large-scale frequency detection applications or high-precision frequency detection preprocessing.
